You can fold tiny boxes from card, decorate them with a personalized label and add a pleasant ribbon in your marriage colours. It is normal to give a present to celebrate an event in ones life. These are some of the events that occur previous and after the marriage where present giving is suitable. But for people that do, guests aren't obligated to bring a present, but many will select to do that. All presents given before or after the party or statement must be followed up with a thank-you note. The Marriage – Before, during and following Marriage gifts may be despatched as fast as the guests receive their invites.

A registry is meant to be useful, but guests aren't responsible to get from it. Many guests will select something private for you, others may offer financial gifts. If you believe a guest may not attend due to traveling distance, poor health or financial restraints, it is in better taste to send a marriage statement after the marriage because an invite brings with it a requirement to send a gift. Go for fruit that is in season, again you'll gain in flavour and pay less.
